I was able to drop my heart rate to 43 from 73!

Why can't healthy people research psychedelics?

 

Why are plants illegal? Healthy people should have the right to research psychedelics and virtual reality but legislature is holding us scientists back

Meditation effectively lowers Heart Rate

 here is a couple of graphs from the HR monitor inside of the FITBIT device wearable computer - meditation has effectively lowered my heart rate on the occasions pictured in the graphs below - technoshaman
